As Twixor celebrates 15 years, the company reflects on its evolution from a customer experience automation provider into a global Agentic AI Communication Platform, while helping partners create new revenue streams through enterprise-grade CPaaS offerings.

Twixor is celebrating 15 years of helping enterprises and communication service providers improve the way they engage with customers.

Over the past decade and a half, Twixor has grown alongside major shifts in business communication, from rule-based customer journeys and messaging automation to omnichannel engagement, conversational experiences, and now agentic AI.

As the company enters its next phase, its focus is clear: helping organizations move beyond AI experiments and put agentic AI to work through simple, prompt-driven experiences.

Fifteen years of progress

Twixor began its journey with a dynamic team of more than 70 professionals, laying the foundation for its work in customer experience automation.

The company went on to onboard MNOs and MVNOs and expand its solutions across banking, healthcare, retail, and other major industries. This helped enterprises manage customer interactions across channels while enabling partners to take customer engagement solutions to market under their own brands.

Backed by a $2.4 million Series A investment, Twixor expanded its presence across India, Middle East, Europe, LATIN and USA. During this period, the company surpassed 400 clients, filed seven patents, and built partnerships with enterprises, ISVs, messaging aggregators, and communication service providers.

Twixor later reached several significant milestones:

  • Processing more than 12 billion customer interactions annually
  • Achieving 300% year-on-year customer growth
  • Serving more than 2,000 customers globally
  • Being named a Global Leader by G2

The company has also partnered with leading global telcos, aggregators and enterprises, strengthening its position as a trusted Agentic AI Communication Platform.

Helping partners create new revenue streams

A major part of Twixor’s journey has been its work with telecom providers, messaging aggregators, ISVs, and communication service providers.

Many of these organizations already serve a large enterprise customer base through messaging, connectivity, voice, or communication services. However, building a complete CPaaS platform from the ground up can require significant investment, technical expertise, and time.

Twixor enables partners to offer a full-stack CPaaS platform to their enterprise customers under their own brand.

Partners can provide capabilities such as omnichannel messaging, campaign automation, customer journeys, conversational AI, voice intelligence, customer data management, analytics, and agentic AI without having to build and maintain every component themselves.

This allows partners to move beyond messaging traffic and connectivity services, create a new enterprise software revenue stream, strengthen customer relationships, and expand the value they deliver to their enterprise segment.

With white-label deployment, multi-tenant management, partner hierarchies, billing controls, and flexible deployment options, partners can take the platform to market as their own offering.

Moving from automation to agentic AI

Customer engagement has changed significantly during Twixor’s 15-year journey.

Businesses initially relied on predefined workflows to automate common interactions. As digital channels grew, these workflows became larger and more difficult to build, manage, and update.

Agentic AI offers a different approach. It can understand an objective, make decisions, use available information, and carry out actions on behalf of a business or customer.

However, the current challenge is not a lack of interest in agentic AI. It is the difficulty of putting it into daily use.

Many organizations are still working with disconnected customer data, complex tools, lengthy implementation cycles, and AI demonstrations that are difficult to turn into dependable business processes.

Business teams may understand the customer outcome they need, but creating the workflows required to deliver it often depends heavily on technical teams.

Twixor is addressing this gap with a prompt-driven approach.

Making agentic AI easier to use with prompt-driven execution

Twixor’s prompt-driven platform allows users to describe what they want to achieve in plain language.

A marketing team could ask the platform to identify customers showing purchase intent and create a targeted campaign. A service team could describe a claims support journey. A business could request a multilingual WhatsApp assistant or a voice workflow for appointment bookings.

The platform helps translate that request into the required customer segments, communication templates, journeys, campaigns, conversations, and actions.

This reduces the need to manually build every part of an experience. It also helps business and technical teams work from the same objective, making it easier to move from an idea to a working customer interaction.

Twixor applies this prompt-driven experience across customer data, campaign automation, journey creation, template development, conversational engagement, voice intelligence, and analytics.

For partners, these capabilities can also be offered to enterprise customers as part of their own branded CPaaS platform, helping them introduce differentiated services and open new revenue opportunities.

“Fifteen years ago, we started with a simple belief: business communication should be easier to build and more useful for customers. That belief has guided every stage of Twixor’s growth. Today, agentic AI presents a major opportunity, but its success will depend on making it practical. Our prompt-driven approach lets teams describe the outcome they need and turn it into working journeys, campaigns, and customer conversations. It also enables our partners to offer a complete CPaaS platform to their enterprise customers and create new revenue streams under their own brand. As we mark 15 years, our focus is on helping enterprises and partners move agentic AI from experimentation into everyday business use.”

The next chapter for Twixor

Twixor’s evolution has been shaped by the changing needs of enterprises, technology partners, telecom providers, and communication service providers.

For enterprises, the company is focused on making customer engagement faster to create, easier to manage, and more responsive to individual customer needs.

For telecom providers, messaging aggregators, ISVs, and other partners, Twixor provides a ready-to-market, white-label CPaaS platform that can be offered to enterprise customers under the partner’s own brand.

This gives partners an opportunity to expand beyond their core communication services, increase enterprise revenue, improve customer retention, and participate in the growing demand for AI-led customer engagement.

As Twixor celebrates its 15th anniversary, the company is looking ahead to a future in which businesses do not need to manually configure every customer interaction.

They can simply describe what they want to achieve and allow the platform to help put it into action.
